Terms and Conditions

Agreement

The subsequent terms and conditions form an agreement ("Agreement") between the photography service user (the "Client" "you" "your") and Kawa Headshots ("we" "our" "us"). By scheduling a session with us, you are consenting to all the terms and conditions contained herein.

Booking and Payment

To secure your booking, a deposit of £30 must be made at the time of booking. The rest of the session fee must be made before the session commences. Kawa Headshots accept payments through cash, bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. The price agreed upon at the time of booking is final and is not subject to renegotiation.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule the session, we require a minimum of 72 hours' notice. Failure to provide notice within this timeframe will result in the loss of 50% of the session fee. In the case of a cancellation, all payments made are non-refundable.

No Shows

If you fail to arrive for your booked session without prior notice, no refunds will be given, and rescheduling will necessitate a new booking fee.

Turnaround Time

Kawa Headshots aim to deliver the final images within 14 working days of receiving each final selection. However, during busy periods, this may take longer.

Image Rights and Usage

You will be granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the images for personal and professional purposes, such as casting site profiles, social media profiles, CVs, and personal websites. Commercial use, e.g. endorsement, is not allowed unless specifically agreed upon in writing. Kawa Headshots retain all copyrights and may use the images for promotional purposes, portfolio display, sample work, and advertising.

Editing

Kawa Headshots will provide professionally retouched images. Further editing or manipulation of the images by anyone else is strictly forbidden, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and will not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent.

Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event that Kawa Headshots are unable to fulfil our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control (such as illness, equipment failure, etc.), our liability is limited to the return of all payments received.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

By scheduling a session with Kawa Headshots, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
